<P> </P>天門冬（一兩去心） 羚羊角屑（一兩） 人參（一兩去蘆頭）黃耆（一兩銼） 枸杞子（一兩) 澤瀉（一兩) 上件藥，搗篩為散。
<P> </P>每服四錢，以水一中盞，煎至六分。
